Dancers from Ilocos Norte are all dressed up for rehearsals of the “Tan-ok ni Ilocano Festival of Festivals” a showcase of festival dances from the 21 municipalities and 2 cities of Ilocos Norte to be held Nov. 12 in Laoag City.
