The municipality of Bayambang, a first class municipality of the province of Pangasinan advised the public that the municipality is on total lockdown effective March 21, 2020, 12:01 AM.
No one is allowed to enter or exit the municipality until March 28, 2020 notice from the government. This advisory is in response to the confirmatjon of one case of COVID-19 from barangay Bical Norte, Bayambang.
