Internationally acclaimed film Director Brillante Mendoza thanks Ilocos Norte Governor Imee Marcos for offering incentives and counterparting funds to film production companies shooting on location in Ilocos Norte during a press conference held at the Provincial Capitol on the opening day of the Ilocos Norte Film Festival. The film festival, initiated by the Province of Ilocos Norte and the Film Development Council of the Philippines, will run from Oct. 25 to 27.
